1. Order Processing Time
All orders at Shamimelibaas are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In instances of high order volume (such as during major sales or new festive launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (or SMS) containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey on the courier's website. Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Shamimelibaas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs or VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Shamimelibaas is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
